Scheduled -
Beginning on April 4 2024, we will be upgrading the database that supports the Signals Analytics reports (graphs in SparkPost app) and the Metrics API for customers provisioned in the US region. As part of this maintenance, we will be lowering the data retention period - from 6 months to no lower than 5 months and 7 days through the month of April (ending before May 1 2024). After this maintenance is complete, the data retention period for metrics will resume at the standard 6 months. Please contact our Support team if you have any questions.
NOTE: This maintenance will not impact the data that is available via the Events API, Events Search or Webhooks.
