UPDATE: We have identified the issue. Over the next few hours, you may see a minor delay in data on the Signals Analytics graphs in the app and via calls to the Metrics API. Webhook data streams are not impacted by this incident.

Investigating
Our data processing services are running behind and we're seeing intermittent slowness and elevated error rates on our metrics API. Specifically, some customers may see latency issues, 500 errors or a delay of data on:
SparkPost App (webUI) Metrics API
Message injection, outbound message delivery, and webhooks data are not impacted - all messages are flowing as expected. Note: This issue does not impact our SparkPost customers hosted in the EU.
