This incident has been resolved, customers will begin receiving alerts again.

Identified

SparkPost and SparkPost Enterprise customers in the US that use our Alerts service stopped receiving alerts starting at 1:24PM ET for some SparkPost and SparkPost Enterprise customers. A fix has been identified and will be deployed shortly.

Note: This issue does not impact our SparkPost customers hosted in the EU.
