On November 14th the SparkPost application in both the US and EU region will undergo routine maintenance between 03:00 and up to 06:00 UTC. During this time you will be unable to make billing changes to your Account, including:
* Change your billing settings like update a credit card; the Billing page will be read-only
* Change messaging plans (including upgrading to a paid account)
* Purchase dedicated IPs or add Recipient Validation
* Request account cancellation
* Create a new paid account

NOTE: This maintenance will not impact message injection or outbound message delivery.
