Tomorrow (Jan 18) we will be performing a routine maintenance activity (a database upgrade) lasting up to 2 hours. During this period of time, customers may experience latency and 5xx errors on the Alerts API and Blocklist API. Additionally, data on the following reports may be unavailable or behind: Health Score, Spam Traps and Engagement Recency.
This maintenance activity will NOT impact message injection, outbound message delivery or data processing services including the Events API and webhooks.
