We need to perform routine maintenance activities on our proxy tier that handles outbound message delivery. During this maintenance period, some percentage of your messages may be delayed for up to 20 minutes. This only impacts outbound message delivery - it does not impact any SparkPost APIs. We have selected this time window based on our analysis of non-peak sending volumes, with the intent to minimize the impact to customers. As a result, we will likely need an additional maintenance period to complete this task - tentatively scheduled for October 22nd - in which case we will announce another maintenance window. NOTE: This does not impact our customers hosted in the EU.
