We are performing proactive maintenance on the Metrics API starting on Saturday, November 3 at 11pm Eastern and continuing until 11am Eastern on Sunday, November 4. During this maintenance period, some customers may experience an increase in latencies when calling the Metrics API and elevated levels of timeouts. The increased latency will also effect the loading times of the Reports section of the SparkPost application. There will be no effect on your data which will appear as normal when the maintenance period is completed. Message injection and outbound message delivery will not be impacted - all messages will flow through as expected.

Note: This maintenance does not impact our SparkPost customers hosted in the EU.
