We are performing maintenance on the Metrics API and the Message Events API starting on Wednesday, February 20 at 10am Eastern and continuing until 10am Eastern on Thursday, February 21. During this maintenance period, some customers may experience an increase in latencies when calling the Metrics API and elevated levels of timeouts. The increased latency will also effect the loading times of the Reports section of the SparkPost application. There will be no effect on your data which will appear as normal when the maintenance period is completed. Message injection and outbound message delivery will not be impacted - all messages will flow through as expected.
