Investigating

The Sending Domains API endpoint will be in read-only mode for up to 1 hour, starting 2:00 PM EST, while we make an update to improve performance and reliability. During that time any POST, PUT, or DELETE operations will return a 503 code and the UI will also return an error if you try to create, update, or delete a Sending Domains through the UI during this brief time.

Once the update has been verified we will close the maintenance window.
