The issue has been identified as an upstream DNS issue with the domain mail.mil. We have reached out to the owner of this domain to alert them of the issue so they can work on a resolution. All other outbound traffic to all other domains are not impacted. We will continue to monitor this issue and follow up with mail.mil.
