In the past several hours, our IPs were part of a large block of IP space listed on a 3rd party block list (Spamhaus PBL) that is used by many mailbox providers. We have requested removal of our IPs from the list and normal traffic flow has resumed. This issue may have caused messages to be temporarily delayed or permanently bounce as a "block bounce" or "undetermined" for gmail.
We will continue to monitor the situation and work with our contacts at Spamhaus to obtain further information
