Resolved

Issue is fully resolved. We started using CloudFront for the UI's client-side Javascript app last week so some lessons learned today on where we need to add a little bit more monitoring.

Investigating

We're experiencing an elevated level of UI errors and are currently looking into the issue. Email sending and APIs are operating normally.
