Monitoring

Reporting and webhook data is flowing again and will be fully caught up within the hour. We encountered a rare database locking issue which caused things to back up - we have plans underway to fully resolve that by mid October.

Investigating

Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing inaccuracies in the reporting tools and webhooks delivery. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.
