Some customers provisioned in the EU region are observing a small elevated error rate on REST APIs and some data processing delays. We have identified the issue and we are working with our cloud service provider on mitigation steps. - REST APIs have a slightly elevated error rate (continue to retry 5xx errors) - Webhook data streams are running ~4 minutes behind - Events and Metrics data is running behind NOTE: Outbound message delivery is NOT impacted by this incident
