The backend system powering the reporting UI, metrics API, and message events API suffered degraded performance due to a maintenance task. We have added steps to prevent this maintenance task from consuming excessive resources.

Identified

We have identified degradation and slowness in the UI , metrics and message events APIs. We're looking into this and hope to have a resolution shortly.
